Good morning, regarding a post on a local social media page this morning claiming that it took us 45 minutes to an hour to arrive at a vehicle fire in a garage last night we would like to provide a timeline for you

The call was logged in the comm center at 4:41pm the first units in their personal vehicles arrives at 4:44pm the chief arrived at 4:47pm and advised all units that the fire was out and they could reduce their rate at that point the ladder arrived at 4:55pm and units cleared the scence ay 5:17pm after pushing the vehicle out of the garage and insuring it was extinguished.
